We begin with heartfelt gratitude to all our partners who have stood with us through every season—through challenges, uncertainties, and moments that tested the very foundation of our mission. Your unwavering support, encouragement, and faith in our calling have carried this Ministry forward. You have not lost hope in the course we are on, and for that, we are deeply thankful.
At the same time, we recognize that the journey ahead calls for more hands, more hearts, and more partners. Our current base of steady supporters remains small, and this has placed increasing pressure on our ability to sustain key programs—especially our weekly provision of basic needs to orphanages and during our outreach efforts. These initiatives are vital lifelines to many vulnerable children and families. We humbly invite new partners to join us in this mission. If just 20 more individuals commit to contributing $20 regularly, it would significantly ease the burden and allow us to serve more consistently and effectively.
We also bring before you an urgent and pressing need. As schools prepare to reopen next week, we are seeking to raise $5,200 to cover second-term school fees for children under Gathaithi OVC, Agape OVC, and other outreach programs supporting orphans and vulnerable children. Education remains the most powerful tool for transforming these young lives. It is their hope for a better future, a chance to rise above their circumstances, and an opportunity to dream again. We kindly ask for your immediate support in helping us meet this need before the school term begins. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to ensuring that no child is left behind.
In addition, we continue to press forward with one of our most impactful projects—the construction of the Village Widows and Women Shelter. This initiative requires $65,000 to reach completion. For those who may be new to our Ministry, this is a two-level facility being built at our village outreach center. It is envisioned as far more than just a structure; it is a sanctuary—a safe haven where women and widows can find healing, dignity, and renewed purpose.
The shelter will house a medical centre/dispensary, sewing shops, and various income-generating initiatives. These programs are intentionally designed to equip women with practical skills that foster independence and self-sufficiency. Our goal is to empower them not only to survive but to thrive, creating lasting change within families and the wider community.
We are encouraged by the progress made so far. The foundation and much of the stonework have already been completed, and we are currently on the seventh course of the ground level—a phase that has required significant effort and resources. Reaching this point has been no small feat, and it is a testament to what we can achieve together. With the remaining funds, we are confident that we can bring this transformative project to completion.
We invite you today to join our Ministry and become part of this noble cause. Whether through prayer, partnership, or financial support, your involvement makes a tangible difference. Together, we can continue to uplift lives, restore hope, and build a future filled with promise.
